Roasting

This chicken took up half of Saturday. My mom's been asking me to roast a chicken for at least a year now and I finally got around to it. Unfortunately, the oils splattered all over the oven and smoked up the kitchen. I used a recipe from good ol' Martha Stewart. Good thing it was tasty. Otherwise I would have been extra bitter as I scrubbed the oven.
